Our native Android app includes offline game caching, so you can view past results and account history even without internet. Push notifications alert you to live events, deposits, and withdrawals. The iOS browser version offers the same functionality but relies on your device's Safari or Chrome cache. Both sync instantly when you reconnect.

Troubleshooting Common Installation Issues on moga4d
If you encounter a security warning during Android installation saying "Unknown sources" or "Install from unknown source not allowed," enable developer mode on your device. Go to Settings → About Phone, tap Build Number seven times, then return to Settings → Developer Options and toggle "Unknown Sources" on. This allows you to install the APK. The warning appears because we distribute the app directly rather than through the Google Play Store.
On iOS, if a certificate trust warning appears when opening the app in Safari, tap Continue to proceed. This is a standard security check. If the browser crashes after login, clear your browser cache (Settings → [Browser Name] → Clear History and Website Data) and reload. Most issues resolve within one app restart.
If you cannot download the APK at all, your device storage may be full. Check Settings → Storage and delete unused apps or files. For persistent issues, contact our support team via in-app chat or email—we are available in English and Indonesian and can help with device-specific errors.
Data, Permissions, and Account Security on moga4d
The moga4d app requests camera, microphone, and location permissions—camera and microphone only activate when you join a live-dealer table with video interaction, and location is used to verify your jurisdiction compliance. We do not track your location constantly; we check it during account registration and periodically during withdrawal review. All account data—username, email, balance, transaction history—is encrypted in transit and at rest on our servers.
We recommend enabling two-factor authentication on your account through the Settings menu. This adds an extra layer of security by requiring a one-time code (sent via SMS to your registered phone number) whenever you log in from a new device. Your account on moga4d is protected by your password, so use a strong, unique password with uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Never share your password with anyone, including moga4d staff.
