You Are Responsible for Jurisdiction Compliance

Account Eligibility and Local Law

To open an account on moga4d, you must confirm that you meet the following conditions:

  • You are an adult under the law of your jurisdiction.

  • Close your account and return any available balance to your designated withdrawal method.

We do not impose penalty fees or withhold balances when we close accounts due to jurisdiction restrictions. However, the closure may result in delays as we verify your identity and process the refund through your original payment method. Processing times depend on your financial institution's settlement speed.

If you deliberately misrepresent your location to access moga4d from a prohibited jurisdiction, we reserve the right to forfeit your balance and report your activity to relevant authorities if required by law. We take jurisdiction compliance seriously because it protects both you and moga4d.

Geographic Verification: moga4d may require updated verification of your location as a condition of continued access. We may ask for proof of address or other geolocation confirmation periodically.

Payment Methods and Local Regulations

We accept eight payment methods serving users in supported jurisdictions: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. These payment partners operate under their own local regulations. If your jurisdiction prohibits online gaming funding, these payment processors may also refuse or block transactions to moga4d. Such refusals are not our failure—they are your payment partner enforcing their own local compliance obligations.

We do not circumvent local payment restrictions. If your bank or e-wallet provider blocks a deposit or withdrawal to moga4d, that is a signal that your jurisdiction may not permit our service. We recommend you respect that signal and cease using moga4d rather than seek workarounds.

We undertake to honour valid legal orders from courts or regulators in jurisdictions where we operate. If your local regulator requires us to cease service or to freeze accounts, we will comply.
